Vancouver, BC – TheNewswie – October 31, 2024 – Uniserve Communications Corporation (the “Company” or “Uniserve”) (TSXV: USS) a provider of IT solutions and services to business and residential customers in Canada, wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Kelly Walker as a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. The Company thanks Mr. Walker for his years of service to the Company. Mr. Daniel Kwin Grauer, the Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Walker’s departure.
The Company further wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Zelong (Roger) He to its Board, effective immediately.
Mr. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Simon Fraser University, is a CPA with a practitioner license as well as a member of the CFA. Roger’s diverse background includes over ten years’ experience working with both public and private entities in senior executive roles, in the areas of assurance, accounting, corporate finance, capital markets, and investing. Roger also has extensive experience in seeking growth capital from oversea institutions.
